Darin Franceschini, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with dermatology training at Seacoast Dermatology, a Forefront Dermatology Practice. He sees patients from the Dover, Newmarket, and Portsmouth communities of New Hampshire, and beyond.

Darin was raised in Rochester, New Hampshire. He obtained his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of New Hampshire. Darin then received his masters in physician assistant studies from Wake Forest University in North Carolina.

Prior to joining the expert team at Seacoast Dermatology, PLLC, in 2014, Darin compassionately cared for patients in the Pediatric Critical Care Unit for three years at Elliot Hospital, New Hampshire’s Hospital for Children in Manchester. Darin is a fellow with the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

As an integral part of Seacoast Dermatology, a Forefront Dermatology Practice’s experienced team, Darin is an integral team member, working closely with our physicians to diagnose conditions and develop essential treatment plans for many skin conditions. He specializes in skin cancer detection, the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases, rashes, and common childhood skin conditions.
