I had been seeing a different practitioner for a few years here before they were purchased by forefront. Unfortunately my care has suffered in light of these changes. I went to see Kara to discuss hair loss (39 yo female) and she acted as though we hadn’t met 6 months earlier at a rushed skin check appointment, no problem. When I reached out over superfluous charges and a subsequent cancer diagnosis (not detected/related to the visit) Kara told me her manager would contact me. It’s been a month and I haven’t heard from Anthony, there’s been no accountability for why these charges for a quick in office lesion removal would cost over $400, especially since it took nothing more than a few minutes of Kara’s time and a can of liquid nitrogen to freeze it. Not even assistance from a colleague. Sad to say that quality of care has gone down and cost of care has gone up since becoming a forefront practice. Won’t be going back.

I first went to the Dover office 2 weeks ago for a check up. They found something on my back that needed to be removed, so they made an appointment for me in Portsmouth. I went for the surgery in Portsmouth today and was very pleased. I found the staff at both offices very pleasant and professional. Every person I came in contact with seemed genuinely concerned with my well being. This place sets a good example of how a medical practice should be run.

Dr Dinulos was great! asked questions. He took his time explaining everything to me and answering questions. Jack, his surgical assistant was excellent as well , answering questions I had and keeping me calm. He giving me the lidocaine shots. I told him I had alot of pain with them during my biopsies. He took his time and injected the lidocaine slowly. I was so relieved! He needs to be training others how to do it! I've read that other people have had the same issue.

Front desk staff was professional and attentive. Stacey took me to the exam room very promptly, communicated clearly and thoroughly. Moira Quinn was extremely professional, thorough and kind. A very helpful and pleasant health care visit - thank you!

I want to add to my pleasant experience with Kara Fiore removing a growth from my arm. I reported that the entire removal process was completely painless but now 2 weeks after the surgery I noticed something strange. There is absolutely no scar. None. Ican't even find anywhere that it was.. Thank you Kara Fiore for your expert and gentle work.

While checking out a skin rash for me, Kara Fiore noticed a growth on my arm and recommended that it be removed and checked out at a lab.
I agreed thinking, this isin"t going to be pleasant.
I felt no pain whatsoever, right from the injection to the removal of the growth.
Of course I was very happy with Kara's expert work but still thought about the healing period.
Kara told me to put on a new bandage after my shower and pu on some medication that she had given me.

I highly recommend Dr. Dinulos. He is a very skilled surgeon and a kind and patient man. I would also like to thank his awesome staff. Specifically, both Rebecca Houlihan and Allison Carignan were just fantastic. Everyone treated me with prompt and skilled care and I believe that each went above and beyond expectations to ensure that I would have the best possible outcome. Thank you again so much!

Doctor Gordon has a way of doing his job and he makes you feel comfortable. I find him refreshing he is smart and has a sense of humor!!!

Darin was great, but needed communication with other medical offices was poor, to the detriment of my treatment. Darin expected me, instead of him or the staff, to communicate with my primary care physician to obtain a prescription clearance. But I did not have the medical knowledge to communicate clearly, and when my PCP finally figured out what was needed and faxed a reply to Seacoast Dermatology, they denied having received it, and demanded that I once again contact my PCP to repeat the process . . . This results in needless delayed treatment.

I have been with Seacoast Dermatology for four years. I loved having Kristy and was nervous about my appointment this week. I met Megan and she is wonderful. I am extremely pleased and more than satisfied with my treatment for a long-standing chronic skin disease which is now in remission. The staff is friendly, happy and extremely professional. It’s easy to get an appointment And I have always been seen quickly – never a wait in the waiting room. I am a retired skin care nurse andI highly recommend this practice.
